We are excited to announce that Frog Hill Half and the Nasty Pulaski have teamed up to bring you one amazing day of athletic events!!!

The 6th Annual Frog Hill Half Marathon and 10k is a great event for the whole family. You'll love our fast start which takes you DOWN our famous Frog Hill into Historic downtown Waynesville past the Old Courthouse and other attractions. We have a four-hour cutoff time which makes this a fantastic race for first timers and walkers!! And the best part? Upon crossing the finish line of the half marathon or 10k, all participants will be rewarded with a one of a kind frog medal! Planning on bringing the family??? Great! They can enjoy the frog fitness festival that will be taking place or explore the Trail of Tears while they wait. There’s even a playground right next to the finish line for our younger spectators. And if they feel like walking just a few blocks, your family and friends can visit the shops downtown, or simply walk along the banks of the Roubidoux River.
The Leapfrog 5K - Friday 6pm
The Half Marathon & Tadpole 10K - Saturday 8am
All 3 races have virtual options too! Simply sign up, complete the races where you are between now and October 31 and we will mail you your bling!!!
And don't forget about the Leapfrog 5k to take place on Friday, October 4 at 6:00 p.m!! There will be free hotdogs and hamburgers at the end for all runners and their families!! Come join the celebration!!! This is an event you won't want to miss.
Want a bigger challenge?????
Complete the 5k Friday and either the 10k or Half Marathon on Saturday and bring home an extra medal for completing the challenge! Completing the *Frog Hill Challenge will give you bragging rights!!!!

The combination of two exciting athletic events at the same time.
The Frog Hill Half Marathon and Tadpole 10K start together at East Elementary School and has a fast start before climbing the rolling
hills of Waynesville and ending in the relaxing Roubidoux Park. The Leapfrog 5K takes place Friday night in the Roubidoux Park and can be combined with the Tadpole 10K or the Frog Hill Half for a single price and a bonus 3rd Medal.
For the Gravel Rider in the family we have the Nasty Pulaski covering 63 miles of the beautiful county-side which boasts an elevation climb of 4400 ft and many water crossings, while the Half Nasty is only 28 miles it is where most of the elevation climb seems to be, for others the 10 mile route the 1/4 Nasty is an option. We also understand that some families would like to ride together and with that we have added the Take it Easy Family 5K which allows a family to register for one price*
Event participants receive free food and beverages.
